SDB CISCO has over 26,000 trained security personnel, serving in various commercial and industrial establishments all over India.
Recruited after careful screening and testing, our security staffs are well trained and knowledgeable in security systems, handling of security equipment, fire fighting, First Aid and in public relations.

SDB CISCO has its own well-staffed and well equipped training academy at Chennai, and regional training schools, where trainees undergo rigorous exercises, drills and inculcate in them discipline
professional knnowledge. This results in highly trained, skilled and disciplined manpower, to monitor security needs with a customer-friendly outlook.
The Training Academy has a parade ground, class rooms, computer room, T.V., VCP, OHP, Educative cassettes, CCTV Camera, Voice Recorder & Player, Intercom models, Electronic security system model boards, all types of fire extinguishers, First Aid equipment, charts, models of factories and other educative models, IT companies.

Practical demonstrations in Fire Fighting, First Aid and certain other security subjects are also imparted to the trainees.
Night training is imparted to help the recruits get a feel of the routine of duties during the night.
Case studies form an important part of the basic training, in which a model of a factory is used to help recruits visualize security threats.
This training is followed by a short, 'on the job training' stint at the client's premises.
At the end of the training, each trainee is evaluated and the successful candidates are inducted into SDB CISCO. Those who do not qualify are retrained and given one more chance.
Regular refresher training is imparted to the Supervisory Staff at the academy, to keep them up-to-date with the new security challenges, and the training syllabus is constantly updated.
